In this practice you will learn how to prepare the blend, frying from the neck of the bottle, slaughtering, corking, embozalado and labeled. Finally you will determine your own sparkling wine, taking into account the color, aromas and flavors. All this accompanied by delicious sandwiches from the garden. Dates: 19/01, 16/02 and 22/02.
