Finca Adalgisa is a place with history, which dates back to the 20th. century. The Malbec grapes which surround us were planted in 1916. Back then Chacras de Coria was a small town of summer homes and little farms. The Finca was converted into a hotel in 2002, in an effort to preserve the history of the family and in order to preserve the traditional Malbec vineyard. Due to the recent construction boom, small farms had to give way to luxury residential developments. However, we are proud to say that Finca Adalgisa continues to produce excellent Malbec to this day.
By producing this Malbec we follow a family tradition of four generations of wine making. The vines are almost 100 years old and we work them with a lot of care and passion. We only produce 5000 bottles of this wine, which is very special to us. We feel privileged for being able to produce this Malbec and feel grateful to be able to share it with you.
