In this practice, tourists will be able to participate in the deforestation of the vineyards, previous explanation of the importance of canopy control, taking into account the desired sunlight to produce high quality wines with an adequate load of tannins and concentration of their juices.
This event will be complemented by a tour of the winery and champagne finisher ending at the Salón del Gusto with a tasting of sparkling wines accompanied by cheeses, raw ham, olives and homemade bread.
